Vietnamese Foodies is launching a limited-time feast for Dhs99

If you’re a fan of Vietnamese Foodies it’s time to listen up, as the super-cool budget restaurant is offering up a special menu for Dhs99. But it’s for a limited-time only, so you’d best be quick.

The all-you-can-eat spread will be taking place at both the JLT and Downtown Dubai branches every Friday and Saturday from Friday October 25 until Saturday November 23 with three sittings available – 1pm, 7pm and 9pm.

Dishes here are true to the nature of eating in the Southeast Asian nation, with a huge focus on fresh, vibrant ingredients, light and healthy cooking techniques.

The feast starts off with prawn crackers with a sweet chilli sauce and edamame with sea salt.

Starters include vegan-friendly dishes such as lemongrass-tofu lettuce wraps, a green papaya salad and Vietnamese-style spring rolls with lettuce, herbs and dipping sauces (which is a limited-time dish and won’t be available at every sitting).

Other starters include prawn lettuce wraps and a chicken variation of the Vietnamese spring rolls (which are both also limited-time dishes), chicken satay skewers, a green papaya and prawn salad, prawn dumplings and a hot and sour soup.

Main courses will rotate each sitting and the menu features Vietnamese crêpes with prawns, spring onions and bean sprouts, a fish cake noodle soup with dill, tomatoes and pineapple, jumbo garlic-butter prawns with an aioli sauce, bao buns stuffed with either roast duck and hoisin sauce or crispy soft-shell crab and tamarind sauce, phở noodle soup with either beef brisket and chicken, while vegans can enjoy a vegan curry and lemongrass-tofu vermicelli. Only one main can be ordered per person at a time.

End the feast with a selection of chocolate, chocolate-coconut, matcha, strawberry cheese, tiramisu, and vanilla ice creams.
