Three day Food Festival at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai

JW is “designed to explore the connection between food and well-being” according to a press release, and will see chef, TV presenter, and restaurateur Bobby Chinn showcasing signature Vietnamese dishes at Tong Thai, and South African celebrity chef Reuben Riffel creating a menu for Prime 68 steakhouse.There will also be a signature chef by the executive chef at Masala Library in collaboration with an Ayuverdic specialist advising on the health properties of spices and the power of clean eating.

It starts on October 24 until October 26 and there will also be a calendar of well-being focused activities including a motivational speaking session with Sally Bee and baking demonstrations with international pastry chef Melissa Forti.
