There’s a month’s worth of free meals up for grabs at The Noodle House

The Noodle House

The Noodle House is offering a special Taiwan-inspired menu this month, and there’s a competition that could get you a month of free meals that’s coming with it.

The popular homegrown Asian restaurant in Dubai has revealed a new addition to its summer campaign, and this time it’s taking diners on a foodie trip through Taiwan.

Available until Friday July 26, there’s a list of Taipei’s signature street food dishes, including The Noodle House’s unique take on the world’s most expensive beef noodle dish.

The niu ba-ba style beef noodle is an Umami-packed dish inspired by Taipei’s very-own USD450 beef noodle soup. The Noodle House’s variation on the favourite includes 14-hour slow-braised beef, fresh egg noodles and skinned tomato for a pocket-friendly Dhs59. Fairly affordable compared to the price in the Taiwan.

Other treats include mount kong run bing (Dhs20), an ice-cream wrap filled with salted caramel, lemongrass-lime and lychee sorbet, coriander and peanuts, which is traditionally served at Jiufen Old Street, an historic area an hour’s journey from Taipei.

There are also street favourites such as Taiwanese iced tea served with salted whipped cream and Osmanthus flower syrup (Dhs22), and the squid on a stick (Dhs39) – inspired by the popular Shilin Night Market in Taipei, where a whole squid is battered and deep fried.

Don’t bite into the squid just yet. As part of the campaign, The Noodle House is running a ‘Snap it, Tag it, Share it’ social media competition where diners with the most creative social media images with the squid lollipop can win month-long free meals. Get creative.

As for a sneak peek for what country The Noodle House will be visiting next, expect signature Singaporean dishes throughout August.

The menu is available in all branches, including Souk Madinat Jumeirah, DIFC and The Dubai Mall.
