Dubai Restaurant launches Dhs1,550 Dish

Beluga, the only dedicated caviar restaurant in Dubai and located in the new Mandarin Oriental Jumeira has launched what it claims is one of the most expensive dishes in the world – the 24-karat “Golden Cigar” made with Almas caviar.

The caviar comes nestled in an edible tube. Elsewhere on the fancy menu is Angus beef tartare with beluga caviar, warm scallop carpaccio, eggs benedict with salmon and caviar and even smoked sturgeon gold maki with American caviar. The new hotel is also home to Tasca from acclaimed chef José Avillez and Japanese steakhous Netsu.
