What does the business do?
The Uniform Stylist sells pre-made uniforms that beauty businesses can buy online and custom uniform services for corporate or hospitality businesses.
What was the main problem?
The Founder, Leesa, came to us because her website did not have clear pathways for her 2 target markets. Ultimately it looked like it was only focused on providing uniforms to beauty businesses.
The user experience was a little clunky too. Blog articles could not be sorted easily by topic, it was difficult for buyers in her shop to see the sizing guides as they were in a totally different area. And shop categories were not easy to use.

What we did to optimise their website for conversions:
2 clear user pathways
Have 2 clear areas for her 2 markets – the shop for beauty businesses and services for custom uniform services; copywriting was updated to call out to the right market and “junction boxes” added on the home page so people can get to what they need as fast as possible.
Sorting
Add categories to the blog page for easy sorting by topic.
Product optimisation
Add sizing guides that are applicable to each product type accessible easily on the product page and add an “upsell” to add your logo that promotes one of the services.
Case Studies
A new case study area was added with a gallery in each to show the work.
Pop-ups
Different timed and exit-intent pop-ups were added. If you are in the shop or blog (the beauty areas of the website) you are prompted to download a catalogue for beauty businesses. If you are on a service page you are prompted to book a call.
Custom forms
To save time and pre-qualify leads 3 custom forms were built and added to each of the 3 service pages. Upon completion of a form a person is taken to a page to book a call.
Migration to Active Campaign
In order to support her customers and leads better, Leesa needed better automations. We moved her from Mailchimp to Active Campaign, designed new email templates and imported and segmented her old email lists, then provided training on how to use her new system.
Automation
We set up on-site Calendly booking forms for prospects to easily book a call. book a call. Email automations were set up in Active Campaign to remind people to review any quotes that were sent via Xero.
Google Ads
We audited her Google Ads account, reallocated the budget for the results she wanted, cleaned up keyword phrases and targeting and created dynamic ads with various images and combos of copy.
