A clunky website, not optimised for local SEO, with no consistent design or messaging. Each page seemed different and just bolted on. The user pathways were also not clear.

New design and copywriting:

He wanted a website that better reflected his energy and philosophy and showed they are high quality health care without being transactional. This was accomplished both through custom design as well as copy.

Clear user pathways:

The website’s home page, menu, links from the blog posts and thank you pages from the various lead magnets all send people into 1 of 3 paths – physiotherapy, Pilates or massage. Each page serves as an individual landing page with features, benefits, FAQs and testimonials.

Client control:

It is important that he has a website he and his team can easily manage and update for quick and easy marketing campaigns he creates and for improved ongoing SEO they can do themselves. Every section is built with that in mind and he received the training he needed to support this.

3 lead magnets to build an email list:

3 freebies are promoted throughout the website and via 3 landing pages he can use for direct traffic such as ads. The outcome is to build his email list and move them into a marketing funnel. The first freebie is a PDF to help with chronic pain, one is an assessment to know what the person needs help with and then provides them with next steps and one is to sign up for a free masterclass video.

Custom pop ups:

To promote these lead magnets, different pop ups display throughout the site promoting the right item for the right page that would be a natural next step.

Education hub:

To stand out as a thought leader, a hub for education was built with a resource library of videos, articles and advice sheets. A visitor can sort by content type or topic.  To highlight his team, author boxes are displayed on each resource so a visitor can learn more about the person who created the content and book in with them.

Easy to book online:

Buttons are displayed throughout the pages and in the menu to make it easy for people to book an appointment online.

SEO Training:

To ensure the client and his team write content that is SEO friendly they received 2 trainings – to learn how to do keyword research and then use those phrases in their content via their SEO plugin.
